MONDAY TO FRIDAY, 9:30AM-5:30PM, 1 HOUR FOR LUNCH
We are looking for mid-level US associates to join our US Practice in London. Applicants must hold a US J.D. from a top tier US Law School. Experience should include international debt and equity offerings, SEC-registered, Rule 144A and Regulation S offerings and private placements, the establishment and update of EMTN programs, high-yield and equity IPOs. and rights issues, as well as other forms of corporate transactions and financing involving companies, investors, major financial institutions and trustees. The ideal candidates should possess determination, vision, creativity and strength and breadth of character. They should also be perpetually open to clear communication and possess a commitment to Allen Overy as an international team. Competative Salary Offered.
