Telephone Call Handler, Immediate Start / Hendon, North West London
5 DAYS FROM 7 BETWEEN 8AM-9PM
Previous customer service or call centre experience would be an advantage. Must have excellent communication and customer skills and be flexible with hours worked. Must also be able to work on own initiative to deal with any queries that may arise. Duties to. include both inbound and outbound calls, data input, answering queries and completing associated paperwork. This is a fixed term position until February 2011 with an immediate start.
