A key role has become available working for one of our major clients. Due to a recent increase in business and restructure of the team, a new position has arisen as a team leader within their customer services team. Duties will include - Managing th. at the day-to-day productivity and performance of the team - Assisting staff with escalated calls and queries. - Ensuring effective training of staff and allocation of daily tasks. - Monitoring individual targets, performance and call quality. - Ensuring the group is on track for sales and revenue targets and identify areas for improvement. - Overseeing staff holidays, execute incentive schemes and ensure the team is motivated and productive.
