Shift Engineer With Experience In Building Services Industry / Westminster, Central London
£25000 TO £26000 PER ANNUM
7 TILL 7, 4 ON 4 OFF DAYS AND NIGHTS
We have an excellent opportunity for a Shift Engineer to work at one of the most prestigious luxury apartment buildings in London. Ideally the candidate will have relevant experience within the building services industry & more importantly any. experience within hotel environment would be a distinct advantage. The successful candidate will carry out maintenance & repairs of electrical, mechanical and air conditioning systems. Working 12 hour shifts, 4 on 4 off days & nights. Qualifications or Experience Required: An electrical or mechanical or plumbing qualification - City & Guilds or equivalent, Knowledge of Fire, Life, Health Safety systems, Good knowledge of BMS and associated equipment. Benefits include 28 days holidays & training.
