Part Time General Assistant, Cleaning Kitchen, Office / Reading
10 hours per week, Monday to Friday
The General Assistant ensures cleanliness and visual standards are maintained at all times in the Business Centre. Main Responsibilities: maintaining cleanliness throughout the Centre including: kitchen, offices, conference and meeting rooms, toilets and other common areas. Ensure client offices are cleaned prepared for new client move-ins. Ensure meeting . conference rooms are cleaned and prepared before and after events. Delivery of clients post on a daily basis. Preparation delivery of client refreshments e.g. tea, coffee. Checking all photocopiers and fax machines ensuring they are stocked with paper and print cartridges. Cover switchboard reception as required. You must be able to participate in the lifting, handling of heavy items. Good Communication skills. Previous experience within a cleaning or conferencing role. Knowledge of COSSH.
