Previous experience in a high volume kitchen is essential. Must be energetic, enthusiastic and have the ability to deal with a number of different tasks in tandem. Duties will include preparing the kitchen for service, ensuring that sufficient perpetration and defrost is completed and that all opening and closing cleaning duties are carried out in line with . company standards. The cooking of all dishes to order as quickly and efficiently as possible and at all times following brand specifications and to carry out other general kitchen duties as required. Training for a food hygiene certificate can be provided at the employer's expense.
