My client is looking for a junior surveyor to join their rapidly expanding organisation. Ideal applicant will have previous experience within a similar role, be able to read plans and architect's drawings, understanding of EHO or. HMO, practised at council submissions etc... CAD is a must. This would be perfect for a 1st jobber with some practical experience looking to develop a good foundation in an established industry. This is a new position within a reputable organisation where recruitment is ongoing. Lots of room for development and training and most definitely progression.
