The Quantity Surveyor’s responsibilities to establish the cost of installation; materials and workmanship to come out with a well -planned quotation which is beneficial to the company for each individual project that the company is handling. Furthermore, the quantity surveyor has to prepare contracts for projects by stating clearly the terms and conditions,. studying and understand the contracts offered to us. When projects are completed, Quantity surveyor will proceed with claiming of payments from the relevant parties and completed the collection of payments as soon as possibleTemporary leading to permanent.
