how does the "no win, no fee injury claims" work?.
you might already have heard or seen it advertised somewhere.
so how does it work, well soppose you've had a car accident but with a minor injuries and a slight damage to the car. you would first contact the insurance company you're insured with and than the insurance company simultaneously contacts a certain vehicle repairer companies and sells them your accident details (they call it "Referal fees" a selling of personal injury details). and than comes the "no win, no fee Solicitors". the solicitor would buy your details from the insurance company and pays the insurer a referal fee (about £800 each).
the no win, no fee solicitor first obtains their client details (the claimant) from the insurance company, here the solicitor pays the insurer the "referal fee" in order to recieve the details of the person who had the accident and than the solisitor contacts you and asks you if you want to claim a compensation for any personal injuries you've had in the accident. .....
